KEEPING JESUS IN OUR X-MAS

X-mas is coming, and to many people its a lot of things, while to some people, they simply don't know why Christmas and what does it mean anyway.
In Uganda, most people think Christmas is the day they eat best, dress best, drink best ,go to church to show their new clothes, and do whatever they want to do best, including sinning best.
Its our duty as children of God to show this world what Christmas really means, celebrating the birth of our Christ the Savior,by showing the reason He came,He came for love, love made Him leave His glory in heaven and come to this earth.
WIC does this by going to the hospital to love on these women and their babies and share gifts and gospel with them. Last year on Christmas day, about 5 souls gave their lives to Christ on that day,can anyone tell me a better way to celebrate Christmas than this? Than having souls discover the Truth, and come to Christ?
I found new way to celebrate my Lord ,and I would love to give you a chance to celebrate Him with us by winning these souls to Himself and also by showing love to those who think no one cares while they are in pain and in the confinement of a hospital on a day people are celebrating.
This Christmas, we want to celebrate with our women.

  1. We have Olivia, she got her wheelchair, she is happy and she praises God for that, one more thing, she is still sleeping down on the floor on  a very old less than an inch mattress ,she has no blanket, and they share this mattress with baby Edward.Well, you can give to buy them a mattress,a blanket,a pillow and a bed, this will be the best Christmas for Olivia and her little baby.we did it for Jovati, she got a mattress and we can do better with Olivia, just to show this family the love of Christ and keep Jesus in our Xmas.

  1. You Remember Christine and baby John?  yes the 16 year old mother that WIC is supporting? We can get them a gift hamper this will give them a big smile on that day. we are their family.
  2. Jovati and her 7 year old daughter, they can smile too with a gift hamper on a Christmas day.
  3. We have a baby of an HIV positive mother whose husband rejected from the time he knew she was pregnant,he is baby Kwagala(Love) I named him this way because he was rejected, and the moment i saw him,God whispered in my heart that, "I love him"(I remember that day tears dropped from my eyes knowing God is right there loving on His own people and I am just to go and show them that He is there and He cares),Baby Kwagala and the mother and his siblings need to see love that day too, I know they don't have food,we can feed them on that day,yes we can.
  4. and finally we have our mothers with and without babies in the hospital that day, we give them sugar, soap, rice, posho, and this time we want to add pads, and toilet paper in the WIC XMAS HAMPER with the Bible in it.

WIC needs your donation to do this this Christmas, and don't limit yourself from being a blessing.
You will be extending the love of God, and you never know what your gift can do in the Kingdom of our God.
When donating, please mention that its for WIC Xmas mission , if its for Olivia's needs, please mention WIC OLIVIA and that way we will be able to use your blessing exactly for what it is.
I,Lyzette,am really very grateful and blessed to be a channel through which you my friends and family there can be a blessing to God's creation here.
I just want to give us a smile on Xmas and win at least one soul to our Savior for His coming on earth.
I love you.
