HOW FAR SHOULD WOMAN IN CRISIS GO????????

As usual ,I report for the ministry at the hospital,and they tell me that my previous patient had been discharged,I get to say good bye to her and pray with her too,then I get to sit at the table so i could get updates from the staff nurse and just then I notice a woman sleeping on a bed that was just bare,no sheets and her baby was just wrapped in some material which looked like papers or may be they are used in the theater for cleaning up the baby,but this baby had no cloth on it not even a blanket yet it had been born the previous day at 6 :20 pm and till 2pm the next day it was naked and not washed and the mother was also just sleeping on the plain bed.

I ask the nurse what was going on,and she tells me that the husband of this lady "Nantume Saida" brought her the previous day to give birth and when they were told that she was to be taken to the theater,and he was asked to go and buy catheters,and cannulars and other staff,he went away and he never showed up again. till that time i came they tried to call him on his mobile phone,but he never responded,and later on he switched it off completely.

WOOOW! was my expression,and I walked to the lady she was looking too sad,I greeted her and asked her how she was feeling,she had a beautiful baby boy!,i touched the baby and to my surprise it was naked completely not even a sheet on it,Oh My God! tears were rolling in my eyes!I asked where her husband was,she told me ,she didn't know and she dropped some tears,she told me her husband is a fisherman,i asked her to direct me to her home so I could pick the baby's staff and some bed sheets for her,she told me there is nothing for the baby,all i have is in that bag,i tried to look in the bag and there was nothing but,her dress.

NANTUME IS NOT FALLING IN THE CATEGORY OF THE WOMEN THAT I WORK WITH,WOMAN IN CRISIS WORKS WITH MOTHERS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR BABIES,NANTUME HAS HER BABY,"this is what was running in my small brain.I looked at the whole lot of needs this woman had,and my little mind was scared of taking her on,but I then remembered what Paul Hunter had told me just a day before about faith and worry,he said something like"YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY,JUST TRUST GOD FOR THE PROVISION"

and I was feeling troubled about this woman and her baby,complaining that she is not among the ones according to me that I have termed "WOMAN IN CRISIS"i heard a still voice in my heart it was like i was talking to myself but so strongly,it said "CRISIS IS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR BABY,IT IS ALIVE,AND YOU ARE ALIVE TOO,BUT YOUR HUSBAND THE FATHER OF YOUR BABY HAS ABANDONED YOU TO FATE,NO MEDICATION, NO FOOD,NO CLOTH,NO BED SHEETS,NO LOVE NO SYMPATHY,"this was like a bomb hit on my heart.I felt the Lord telling me this woman is in crisis,and her baby is in crisis too,and she needs help.so I told the nurses that we will take her on,I asked for the list of drugs needed for her to get the treatment and I left,went home and collected baby Hunter's bag of clothes and ran to the shop to get bed sheets and basins for the mother and the baby,soap and everything else that they both needed!,As soon as i did that,my heart felt lots of peace and joy,and I fell in love with this mother and more in love with this baby.
I had to visit my food lady again and when I came back,she was so happy that she even afforded to get off her bed,we laid the bed,I dressed the baby,and the brought tea and food to her.She was only thanking and thanking,I told her to be thankful to Jesus.Then I get the information from the nurse that Natume is to stay in the hospital for ten full days,woow! I get a little worried but I admit it before God,and He gives me the peace again!

Woman In Crisis,had to look after Saida Nantume for all these days,and also for her baby!!!!
Thank God for sending all of us to be the hands and the feet of Jesus to these loving women!
Nantume will be discharged tomorrow,but will have to go with the catheter and come back after 2 weeks,Woman In Crisis will need to follow her up!
her husband has never shown up at all!

Remember,I am in the field but we are helping together because you are giving,the need is overwhelming everyday,but God is faithful always!
